Dual Wield+1 durability Berzerker’s Edge does 10 damage to something. this is the golden key that all the tourney MtG players use to build their decks. You folks looking for a leg up on building a high-probability deck: there ya go. However, usually a lot less ally reliant and uses a lot of weapons. Change the value of A to test for different deck sizes Change the value of C to test for different amounts of each card in your deck. It would also be heartwarming to see shadow priest making a come-back. Amber Rain: A bit like Boris in the fact that she has card draw from blood frenzy, crippling blow, and valiant defender. Overall, it could definitely be a deck packed with a lot of fun and surprising outcomes. This also makes it a lot easier to invest mana in shadowform, thoughtsteal, etc and not have to worry too much about losing board control.Ħ-9 mana : Use Syvannas (entomb with 5/5 body) and Prophet Velen for better tempo and finisher instead of Meh.div ( C’mon…It is just not cool to exclude Velen from the shadowform party ) Out-value your opponent with Meh.div and Golemsĩ+ mana : Finish the game with direct face spell damageġ-5 mana : Use Injured blademaster + resurrect combo for better board control instead of Doomsayers. It is very clear what this deck is trying to achieve:ġ-5 mana : Stablize the board and minimize early threats (Doomsayer + resurrect or removal spells)Ħ-9 mana : Develop 2 stage shadowform. I mean…against double Azure drake on turn 5/6 is really close to an auto-concede for this deck. It also struggles to deal with a lot of the great 4 atk drops such as Azure drake (in nearly 90% of the ladder decks). That is no easy clear with any combination of cards at 5 mana this deck offers. Mid Shamans could have developed Trogg + Golem + Feral Spirit and a Claw equipped by Turn 4. Lets consider some likely in-game scenarios. However, I don’t think removals alone would be enough to carry this deck to post 7 mana turns where it can truly game some work done. This deck lacks heavily in its early game board presence which justifies the amount of removals.

However, as fun as this deck may seem, the win condition and card synergy this deck offers just don’t seem to cut it. I like seeing the attempt to put shadowform under the spotlight again.
